Cocktail Packages

You already have a date, a venue and a guest list. The packages take the furniture maths off your plate.

1. Choose a size — Small (20–50), Medium (50–100) or Large (100+).
2. Choose a look — stay with the package edit, swap finishes, or start from a named style on this page (Summer Soiree, Black & White, Green Machine, Coastal Luxe, Barbie Dream House, French Summer).
3. Add or strip pieces — extra Coco tables, more stools, a second lounge cluster, Stella chairs for a ceremony pocket. Packages are a starting edit, not a locked box.
4. We deliver and set up across Perth, then collect. Package prices exclude delivery and collection.

What’s in a cocktail package

Every size is a full cocktail setting, not tables on their own: a service bar (or two on Medium and Large), bar tables and stools for standing drinks, and a lounge cluster — lounge, armchairs, coffee table, ottomans — so people can actually sit.

Packages are one path. The other is a custom pull from the floor.

• Bar tables — Coco in marble, terrazzo and colourways; rattan and metal frames if the brief is outdoor-leaning
• Stools — Stella and the rest of the stool range, matched to the table finish
• Bars — service bars, including the green wainscoting bar
• Lounges — Clover lounges and lounge chairs, plus the wider lounge floor
• Chairs — Stella and contemporary dining chairs for a seated pocket in the layout

How many cocktail tables do I need for about 80 guests?

An estimate, not a guarantee: a cocktail table suits 3–4 standing guests, and you don’t need one per head. For about 80 guests allow 6–8 bar tables alongside a lounge cluster, or 8–10 if the tables are doing most of the perching. Venue shape, dance floor and catering stations move the number — send your guest count and a rough floor plan and we’ll mark it up.

Can I hire cocktail furniture for indoor and outdoor Perth events?

Yes — indoor rooms, terraces and garden events across Perth. Not every piece belongs on grass or in full sun, so tell us the venue surface and cover and we’ll specify what holds up.

Do you deliver and set up in Perth?

Yes. Delivery, setup and collection across Perth from our Bibra Lake warehouse, quoted once we know the suburb, access and timing.

How far in advance should I book?

As soon as the date is locked. Peak spring and summer weekends, and popular Coco / Stella / Clover finishes, go first — last-minute is sometimes possible and we’ll be honest about stock.

Can I add furniture styling to a package?

Yes. Furniture styling is from $400 (t&cs apply): a consult, a furniture style guide and a to-scale floor plan for your venue.

Can I change what’s in a package?

Yes. Swap finishes, add bar tables or stools, drop a lounge, or split the setting across two spaces — the three sizes are just a starting edit.
